What we hold
What you enter about your corporation: its name, where and when it was incorporated, its fiscal year end, its tax registrations, and the transactions and documents you add. This is business information, and we treat it as confidential.
What we do with it
We use it to work out your filing calendar and your figures, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not use it to train anything.
Where it lives
On Cloudflare infrastructure. Documents you upload are held in private storage and are served only through the application after it has checked your session, so there is no public link to guess.
Payments
Handled by Stripe. We never see or store a card number.
Getting it back, or deleting it
Ask and we will export everything we hold about your corporation, or delete it. Bear in mind that CRA requires you to keep business records for six years, so deleting your account is not a substitute for keeping your own copies.
