Every filing your corporation owes, on one page.
FileClear works out your filing calendar from how your company is actually set up, then tells you what is due, when, and on which form.
Built in Ontario for Canadian corporations. Opening to a first group of companies soon.
What it does
Six obligations, four clocks, two governments.
That is what an owner managed corporation carries, and no single place tells you which of them are yours.
It asks about your company first
Where you incorporated, when, your year end, how you are registered for HST, whether you run payroll. Those answers change the plan, not the wording.
Then it builds your calendar
A federal corporation files its annual return 60 days after the anniversary of incorporation. An Ontario one files with the province six months after year end. You get the one you owe.
And it produces the numbers
HST returns, year end financials, the figures each form asks for. Ready to enter or to hand to an accountant.
Who it is for
Small corporations that do not need a full time accountant.
One or two people, a single revenue stream, a year end that arrives faster than expected. If your books are a spreadsheet and a shoebox, this is aimed at you.
The one everyone misses: since 2021 the Ontario annual return goes to the province through its own registry, not to CRA with your T2. Corporations with a perfectly filed return sit in default because nobody owns that one.
Want to be early?
Tell us your year end and where you are incorporated, and you will hear when it opens.
